煤矿排水系统中离心泵的优化组合研究

摘    要:由于变频器价格昂贵,制约了其在煤矿排水系统中的广泛应用。由于变频调速转速下降过度会导致水泵扬程不够,限制了其变频调速范围,以至系统效率下降。通过利用离心泵优化组合的方法,可提高排水系统的控制精度与效率,降低了变频器容量及造价,值得推广。

Abstract:The high price of the frequency converter hampers the widespread use in the coalmine drainagesystem.And the excessively drop-off speed makes the insufficient pumping head and limits the frequency conversion and speed regulation range so as to decrease the systematic efficiency.However,the optimal combination of the centrifugal pump could improve the control accuracy and efficiency of the drainage system and decrease volume and cost of the converter,which is worth promotion.
