摘    要:通过成分分析、显微组织分析、显微硬度测试和断口分析等试验,对一起主变压器隔离开关操作拐臂断裂失效的原因进行了分析。研究结果表明,该隔离开关操作拐臂含有粗大初生针状β相、疏松和气孔,使其力学性能恶化,在外力的作用下引起了脆性断裂。针对生产厂家暴露的合金熔炼过程中除渣工艺控制不严等问题,提出加强隔离开关传动部件的入厂检验、专项检查、到货质量抽检以及日常运行维护检测的反事故措施。

Abstract:By experiments on element analysis,microstructure analysis,micro hardness testing and fracture analysis,reason for one failure of breakage of disconnector operating lever of main transformer was analyzed. Study result indicated that this operating lever contained thick primary needle-likeβphase,shrinkage defects and air holes which might cause deterioration of its chemical performance and brittleness breakage in role of external forces. Aiming at problems of relaxed slagging-off technical control in process of alloy smelting,countermeasures such as strengthening factory test,special examination,the arrival of goods quality checking and daily running maintenance detection for the disconnector transmission parts were pro-posed.
