摘    要:进度管理连同施工质量、进度与投资控制被称为施工项目管理中的"三大控制",是实现项目管理目标的重要组成部分。有效的进度控制保证了施工项目按期完成,直接关系到项目经济效益的发挥,越来越受到投资方的重视。本文主要对工程进度控制的必要性和原理进行了阐述,对进度管理的影响因素进行了分析,并提出了几条行之有效的进度控制的措施。

Abstract:The progress management together with the construction quality, progress and investment control is known as the "three control" in construction project management, is an important part in realization of the objectives of project management. The effectively schedule control ensures the construction projects completed on schedule, is directly related to the economic benefit of the project, more and more got investors’ attention. This paper mainly discusses the principle and necessity of project progress control, analyzes the factors that affect the progress management, and puts forward several effective schedule control measures.
