| 摘 要： | 通过聚醚多元醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)预聚后,用3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷(MOCA)扩链合成浇注型聚氨酯弹性体,研究了不同分子量聚醚和NCO基因含量以及MOCA用量对聚氨酯断裂伸长、抗张强度、硬度等各项力学性能的影响。并且通过选用适当的催化体系和添加第三组分的办法,在保证聚氨酯综合性能的前提下大大延长了混合后釜中寿命,有利于较大制品的浇注成型,为利用常见原料和设备合成高模量聚氨酯弹性体提供了方法。

| Abstract: | In the present paper, hydroxyl terminated polyether resin was reacted with TDI form prepolymer. When MOCA were used as chain extenders, the polyurethanes elastomers have been synthesized. The effect of M of polyether, NCO% and MOCA on physical mechanical properties of polyurethanes were studied. The study for the object of selection of addetive was to improve casting proces.sability while preserving strong mechanical properties of polyurethanes elastomers. |
