航空连接件冲锻成形数值模拟及优化

摘    要:为了研究各工艺参数对凸台成形的影响,根据航空用关键连接件的结构特点,制定出了冲锻成形工艺方案,同时设计出了一副落料冲孔复合模,利用有限元模拟软件对凸台冲锻成形进行了模拟分析,并通过正交实验对工艺参数进行优化.结果表明,影响凸台成形的因素按影响效果强弱依次为冲头的高度、宽度,摩擦因子、长度,当冲头尺寸为5.5mm×2.5...

Abstract:In order to study the effects of technological parameters on the boss forming, the process plans are designed for the aviation connector according to its structural characteristics. A blanking and punching compound die is designed to complete the stamping process at the same time. The press forging of boss is simulated by using software of FEM, and optimization of press forging parameters for boss forming is obtained by using orthogonal method. The results show that the order of parameters that influence boss forming is as follows: the punch height, width, friction coefficient, length; when punch size is 5.5 mm×2.5 mm×1.2 mm, the friction coefficient 0.2, the boss forms with good results.
