摘    要:针对某专用车制造企业进行轻量化设计后的铝合金罐车,建立该罐车罐体的有限元模型,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对模型在几种工况下进行分析,得到罐体的应力、应变值.为该铝合金罐车的设计制造提供了可靠的依据.

Abstract:With regard to an Aluminum-alloy tank car designed with a lightweight idea by a manufacturing company for special vehicles,a finite element model for its container is built.By using ANSYS software,the model is analyzed under some working conditions,and the stress and strain are obtained at important points of the container shell.The results provide a basis for further developing the tank car.
