摘    要:文章通过对不同淬火温度、回火温度以及回火保温时间下的30MnCr22钢调质生产的P110钢级石油套管力学性能的实验室研究,得出热处理对30MnCr22钢力学性能的影响趋势,筛选出最佳的热处理制度,应用于当前工业化生产中。

Abstract:In this article,the trend for effects of heat treatment process on 30MnCr22 steel is got by the laboratory study of mechanical properties for P110 oil casings produced with 30MnCr22 steel under different quenching temperatures,temper temperatures and soaking time.The optimum heat treatment process is chosen to apply in current industrialized productions.
