摘    要:以目前技术和设备较成熟的串联双级氮膨胀循环的天然气液化流程为模型,针对“西气东输”气源条件,面向中小城市LNG储运、调峰和LNG—CLNG汽车加气站使用的小型天然气液化装置,根据在国内进行的设备调研和系统优化结果,进行了流程的数值模拟计算,给出了主要设备的工程参数及各节点的工艺参数值。该装置的特点是:全部设备国产化、设备投资小、操作运行简单,对气源适用范围广,易于推广。

Abstract:Taking the gas liquefaction flow of the nitrogen two expanders cycle in series, which technology and equipment are mature now, as model, aiming to the conditions of gas source of “West east Gas Transmission” and the small gas liquefaction plants for storing, transporting and peak cutting with LNG in medium and small cities, and for the LNG CLNG filling stations of vehicles, based on the results of the equipment investigation and system optimization at home, the numerical simulation calculation of the flow sheet is conducted. The engineering parameters of the main equipment and the process parameters of each node are provided. The characteristics of the plants are the all components are made in China, the investment of the plants is less, the operation of the plants is simple, the applicable gas source is broad, and the plants are easy to popularize.
