摘    要:护层绝缘完好是35kV及以上电压等级XLPE电缆安全运行的重要标志之一。本文在讨论护层绝缘损伤对电缆运行危害性的基础上,提出了在线监测护层绝缘状态的方法,对目前流行的护层故障测距方法进行了评估。

Abstract:The soundness of the insulating sheath is one of the important pre-requirements for the safe operation of XLPE cables above 35 kV. This paper suggests a method for on-line monitoring of the insulating sheath based on the discussion of the damage of the broken insulating sheath to the cable operation. It also makes evaluation on the fault detection methods that are prevalent nowadays.
