摘    要:简要介绍了国内外蜂窝纸板力学性能研究的发展现状和主要成果,运用ANSYS建立了蜂窝纸板的有限元模型,并对蜂窝纸板进行了应力应变分析。通过分析结果可知蜂窝纸板的应力集中出现在纸芯的上端,最大变形出现在离上端1/5处,且蜂窝纸芯的高度对蜂窝纸板压缩力学性能影响较小,与实验结果相符合。该研究对相关工程实际应用具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The present situation about the mechanical performance of honeycomb paperboard both in home and abroad was introduced, and the finite element model of honeycomb cardboard with ANSYS was established. The stress and strain of honeycomb paperboard is also analyzed. The result proves that the concentrative stress is the honeycomb paperboard off the top, and the furthest distortion is at the 1/5. The height of honeycomb paper --core affect less the compression performance of honeycomb paperboard. The result is according with the experimentation. The research has reference value to the engineering to some extent.
