摘    要:模拟含铬废水以一定流速均匀通过装填离子交换树脂的交换柱,利用动态吸附的方法研究MKF-10X弱碱性阴离子交换法,应用于含铬废水处理时对Cr6+的去除效果。结果表明低流速有利于树脂Cr6+的吸附,具体流速的确定应该考虑柱的利用效率、操作周期,以及进样浓度的共同影响;进样浓度越高,达到吸附饱和的时间越短,穿透也就越快;低脱附剂流量、高脱附剂浓度所对应的脱附效率较高。动态脱附实验的适宜条件:以5%(质量分数)的NaOH为脱附剂,流量为1BV/h。

Abstract:Simulation of chromium-containing waste water with a certain uniform velocity evenly through the ion exchange resin exchange column, using the method of dynamic adsorption study MKF-10 X weak basic anion exchange method used in the treatment of chromium -containing waste water of Cr6+ re-move effect. The results showed that low flow of Cr6+ to resin adsorption, but specific flow velocity should be considered in Common effect of the determination of column of the utilization efficiency, operating cycle, and the concentration of sample etc. The higher concentration sample, achieve the adsorption saturated time is shorter, and through the faster; Low analytical agent flow, high off the concentration of the corresponding with agents analytical with higher efficiency. The appropriate dynam-ic experiment conditions:5% ( mass fraction) NaOH for t ana-lytical as agent, the flow of 1 BV/h.
