超音速火焰喷涂Cr3C2-NiCr涂层磨粒磨损性能的研究

摘    要:采用橡胶轮磨损试验机,对三种类型粉末制备的超音速火焰喷涂Cr3C2-25%NiCr涂层的磨粒磨损性能进行了试验,研究了喷涂工艺条件和粉末制备工艺对涂层磨损失重量的影响。在运用扫描电镜对涂层磨损表面观察分析的基础上,探讨了该涂层的磨粒磨损失效机制。

Abstract:The abrasive wear performances of high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spraying Cr-3C-2-NiCr coating deposited with three kinds of powders were studied by a rubber wheel abrasive tester, and the influences of spraying parameters and powder process on the wear weight loss of the coatings were also discussed. Furthermore, the wear mechanism of the coating was detected through analyzing the morphology features of abrasive surface.
