摘    要:安县行政办公楼震害的主要原因是按“89规范”系列取值的地震作用小于“5·12”地震中结构实际承受的地震作用。对该建筑按抗震结构和使用基础隔震技术进行模拟分析和技术经济对比,得出使用基础隔震技术后,结构的地震作用、层间位移角和加速度反应均大幅度减小。技术经济比较说明,基础隔震技术可减轻建筑的震害,保证建筑物在震时和震后使用功能不间断,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:The main reason of the earthquake damage of an county's administration building are the earthquake action value of "89 series specification" is less than the practical earthquake action in 5·12 earthquake. According to the technical and economic comparison and simulation analysis between base-isolation technology and aseismic structure, show that base-isolation technology has great use value in reducing earthquake damage of structure and ensuring the using function of the structure non interrupted during and after earthquake there will be a broad prospect.
