羊栖菜复合保健茶饮料的开发

摘    要:羊栖菜营养丰富,食用及药用价值高。以羊栖菜多糖为主,配以茶叶、山楂、菊花,进行了配方比例、制备工艺研究,制成了具有抗衰老保健功效的茶饮料,为开发羊栖菜新型茶饮料提供了依据。该复合茶饮料清香纯正,酸甜适中。

Abstract:The Sargassumfusiforme setchell is rich in nutrition and has high value for food and medical purposes. The formula ratio and technology of compound tea beverage were studied using the polysaccharides from Sargassumfusiforme setchell and tea, hawthorn, chrysanthemums. The compound tea beverage tastes good ,which can be used as anti-aging for health .The research provides reference for the exploitation of new health tea beverage using the Sargassumfusiforme setchell.
