探地雷达在隧道施工超前探测中的应用

摘    要:简要介绍探地雷达应用于隧道施工超前探测中的工作原理,总结探地雷达应用于隧道施工超前探测中的工作流程。以福州绕城高速公路超前探测应用为例,在整个隧道掘进始末,采用加拿大Sonsor&Software公司生产的EKKOIV低频探地雷达探测,同时结合开挖掌子面详细地质素描等工作综合判定,对开挖掌子面前方围岩进行探测。经开挖跟踪验证,证实探地雷达技术能有效避免隧道内空间狭小、干扰多等不利因素,能快速高效地预报开挖掌子面前方的断层破碎带,准确对掌子面前方围岩类别进行划分,为施工单位合理安排施工作业进度,减少工程隐患提供科学依据。为探地雷达在隧道超施工超前探测中的应用和推广积累一些经验。

Abstract:The basic theories of ground penetrating radar (GPR) in the geology prediction for tunnel are introduced; the working process of GPR probing is summarized systematically. Take Fuzhou expressway for example, using the EKKO IV radar system combined with geological sketch method to forecast about rock structure. The results show that it can effectively avoid the narrow space, lots of interfere factors and other unfavorable conditions in tunnel, and can detect the adverse geological conditions with high resolution. The accurate prediction guarantees safe production, accelerates job schedule and acquires favorable benefit. This paper will no doubt benefit the extension of GPR in the geology prediction for tunnel excavating.
