全尾砂回填采空区的试验研究与工程实践

摘    要:对微山稀土矿全尾砂充填进行的试验研究表明,用全尾砂作为充填材料与脱泥尾砂相比,没有明显的不利;全尾砂更容易得到均质浆体,具有较好的输送和析水特性,采用局部流态化吸出式,立式砂仓造浆,可实现高浓度及自流输送。

Abstract:In weishan rareearth mine, the Experimental study of total tailings backfilling shows that there is not obvious unfavourable factors for using total tailings as filling materials in comparison with deslimed tailings. For total tailings, it is easier to prepare homogeneous slurry, and the slurry has good transportation and water separating performances. It is also capable to achieve higher concentration and gravity flow transporting of tailings slurry by using partrial fluidization sucking up and vertical storage to slurry tailings.
