高层居住区景观与消防的协调设计——以杭州金鸿嘉园景观设计为例

由于受土地匮乏的制约,高层住宅将是我国未来城市居住区的必然选择之一。消防功能与景观功能作为高层居住区两个重要的基本功能,它们在土地利用等方面存在着较大的冲突,景观与消防整合设计是高层居住区规划设计的新课题。在分析高层居住区景观与消防矛盾的基础上,提出了景观与消防协调设计的程序、原则,总结出弱化消防车道、复合利用消防操作场地以及加强屋顶花园疏散功能等设计方法,并以杭州金鸿嘉园景观设计加以佐证。

The Coordination Design of Landscape and Fire Fighting System in High-rise Residential Areas——With the Landscape Design of Jinhong Garden in Hangzhou as an Example

The form of high-rise will be the choice of the city residential areas because of the limited land in China.In high-rise residential areas,landscape and fire fighting system are the basic and important functions which present some problems in the use of the land.So the coordination design of landscape and fire fighting should be a new research field in the high-rise residential areas design.Analyzing the contradiction,this paper proposes the procedures and fundamentals of the coordination design,and summarizes some designs such as the weakening of the fire fighting way,the complex use of the fire fighting ground and the emphasis of the dispersing function of roof garden.The landscape design of Jinhong Garden in Hangzhou is used as an example.
