| 摘 要： | 采用一台1500瓦TEM_(00)模的CO_2激光加工机械对锯片基片(65Mn)和金刚石刀头进行激光焊接。获得了1～2mm的焊珠宽度和2.5mm的焊深,给出了焊接的工艺参数和在最佳工参数下影响焊接质量的若干因素,最后讨化了提高焊接金刚石锯片生产率的方法。
