超临界CO2萃取啤酒花浸膏优化工艺的研究

摘    要:采用正交试验确定了超临界CO2萃取啤酒花浸膏的工艺条件,实验结果表明,萃取的最佳条件为:压力25MPa,温度45.C,时间3h,CO2流量为27L/h,有效萃取率可达94.9%.

Abstract:Orthogonal contrast about 4 factors 3 levels of the main factors which have influence on the extraction of hop with supercritical C02 were studied. The results obtained showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: extrating in a pressure 25MPa at 45oC for 3h with 271L/h of C02 flow. The yield of hop was 94.9%.
