小流量高扬程高速离心泵的加大流量设计

摘    要:针对小流量高扬程高速离心泵由于比转速很低而存在的效率低和容易出现小流量工作不稳定等问题,在结构上提出变螺距诱导和复合叶轮的组合结构,理论上提出加大流量设计方法.按此方法设计的两台高速离心泵的水力试验表明,它们的效率明显高于开式叶轮高速离心泵,而且取得很好的小流量工作稳定性.

Abstract:To solve the problems of low-efficiency and small-flowrate instability due to super-low-specific-speed, the combined structure of variable-pitch inducer and complex impeller was presented, and increasing-flow design method was investigated on small-flowrate high-head high-speed centrifugal pumps. The experimental results of two high-speed centrifugal pumps designed by the proposed method show that they achieve very satisfactory small-flowrate stability and higher efficiency than that of high-speed centrifugal pumps with an open impeller.
