基于Web Services的风电场网络化监测和控制

摘    要:为实现风电场中多个厂商不兼容设备的统一维护与管理,IEC61400-25标准详细描述了风电场信息模型、信息交换模型以及向不同协议映射方法。Web Service是该标准中提出的能够完善支持模型功能的方法,其具有适合分布式环境,支持不同平台等十分适合风电场的特点。在IEC61400-25标准的基础上详细描述了一种风电场通信结构,并基于Web Services建立了风电场风机的信息模型和信息交换模型并实现基本的风电场设备的监测和控制。

Monitoring and Control of Wind Farms Based on Web Services

Abstract:To achieve the uniform maintenance and management of incompatible equipment from multiple manufacturers in wind power plants,the IEC61400-25 series defines wind power plant information model,information exchange model,and the mapping to communication protocols.Mapping to Web Services,defined in the series and able to support all services,has some advantages of adapting to distributed environment,running on different operational platforms and other traits suitable for wind power plants.Based on IEC61400-25,this paper describes in detail a type of communication architecture,establishes wind turbines information model,and information exchange model based on Web Services to implement the monitoring and control of the wind power plant.
