分光光度法测定长白山不同海拔梯度岳桦树叶中总黄酮含量

摘    要:本文研究长白山不同海拔梯度岳桦树叶中总黄酮的测定方法及含量变化。样品采用60%乙醇回流提取。采用分光光度法,在510nm波长处测定溶液吸光度。以系列标准浓度的芦丁做标样,制定标准曲线,得线性回归方程y=8.0656x+0.0023,r=0.9980。方法平均回收率95.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)2.04%。

Abstract:This is a study for the rapid determination of Total flavonoids of leaves of Betula ermanii at different altitudes in Changbai Mountain by spectrophotometry.samples were treated with 60% alcohol At 80℃,detection wavelength is 510nm,The recovery was 95.3% and relative standard deviations(n=5)was 2.04%.Along an altitudinal gradient,Total flavonoids content changes correspondingly.
