摘    要:建立草莓中残留的克百威的分析方法,样品采用凝胶色谱(GPC)净化技术,气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)法定性和定量。线性范围为0.01~5.0mg/L,相关系数为0.9997;加标回收率为87.6%~92.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.4%~5.1%;方法的检出限为0.01mg/kg。

Abstract:A method to determinatton of carbofuran residue in strawberry,samples were cleaned up by auto gel permeation chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)for quantitative and qualitative analysis.The standard cure was linear in the investigated range of 0.01~5.0mg/L with correlation coefficient is 0.9997;the recoveries were 87.6%~92.4% with the relative standard deviations(RSD)of 3.4%-5.1%; the detection limit of carbofuran was 0.01mg/kg.
