摘    要:本文采用微波消解样品,连续流动进样-氢化物发生原子吸收分光光度法测定中成药中的砷,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定中成药中的铜,同一样品制备液可先测定砷再测铜。以六味地黄丸(水蜜丸)为研究对象,对消解温度、样品粉碎粒度、消解试剂用量、称样量、消解程序设计、消解时间等消解条件进行研究。在优化实验条件下,砷的回收率为106.6%~114.4%之间,铜的回收率为94.4%~97.0%之间。

Abstract:Determination of As and Cu in Liuweidihuang Pills by sequence flowing injection -hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry and microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The digestional temperature,smashing granularity,digestional solvent volume,content of sample,digestional procedure,digestional time was studied.The recovery of As and Cu are 106.6%~114.4% and 94.4%~97.0%.The method is simple,rapid accuracy,and high sensitivity.
