原子荧光光谱法测定艾叶中微量Hg的研究

摘    要:本文采用微波消解、原子荧光光谱法对艾叶中微量汞进行测定。艾叶经微波消解后,以氯化亚锡为还原剂,将样品中汞离子还原成汞蒸气。汞含量在0~800ng/L范围内呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9999;本法检出限为31ng/L,加标回收率在94%~100%之间。结果表明,该方法操作简便、快速、汞损失少、灵敏度高、重复性好。

Abstract:A method of atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion was applied to determination of mercury content in argy wormwood leaf.Divalent mercury ions in the samples were reduced by stannous chloride(SnCl_2)which is a rather mild reducing agent in the chemical pre-treatment step.The calibration curve was linear over the mercury concentration ranges of 0~800ng/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999.The detection limit was 31 ng/L,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were no more than 3.5%.Recovery of spiked samples was 94.6%~99.7%.These results showed the method is simple, rapid,less mercury losses,high sensitivity and good repeatability.
