| 摘 要： | 中国入世能否取得预期的效果,很大程度上取决于规则意识的强弱程度。本文提出入世必须树立较强的规则意识,且应循序渐进,即制定规则、学习规则、运用规则;并从企业和政府两个角度论述了如何树立规则意识,在WTO的规则框架内获取最大的收益。

| Abstract: | The anticipated results of China join WTO are decided,in a large extent,by rule consciousness stronger or weaker.This paper puts forward erecting stronger rule consciousness and proceeds in an orderly way step by step,that is:Laying down rule,learn from rule and applying rule.Discusses how to set up rule consciousness from enterprise and government respects to win the biggest profit within WTO regulations. |
