论电子政务项目的监理职责和对策

在电子政务项目的建设中，监理方作为项目的第三方，通过行使监理职责，可以保证项目建设的质量、进度及合理投资，也可以补充甲方在信息专业技术和人力方面的不足，同时协调甲乙双方的关系。本文总结了笔者从事电子政务工程项目建设的经验．从方法论的角度论述了电子政务项目建设中存在的技术难点、监理方的职责和应采取的对策。

Functions and Countermeasures of Supervisors in an E-Government Project

By the meaning time,, he can also coordinate relationships between Party A and Party B in the project. This paper will summarize the experience of the author in working on supervision of E-government projects, from the point of view of methodology, discuss the existing technical difficult points, duties and functions of supervisors, relative countermeasures that should be taken during the building period of an E-Government project.
