摘    要:通过分析含蜡原油组分的特点,有针对性地筛选出具有防蜡作用的细菌DM-1菌组,通过实验室性能检测,成功地将其应用于油井现场。室内试验验证,菌液含菌大于10^8个/mL。DM-1微生物防蜡剂对现场蜡块(2种原油)的乳化降解率分别为22.9%和17.4%;原油培养液表面张力降低率40%~47%,菌液pH值由7.4降至6.2~6.5,原油流动性得到了很大的改善。经现场20多口油井试验证明,应用DM-1微生物防蜡剂后,检泵周期有效延长1倍以上,单井修井成本降低1000元以上,微生物清蜡比化学剂清蜡成本低20%~30%。

Abstract:By analyzing the components of wax-bearing crude oil,the group of microbe DM-1 is selected accordingly.These bacteria are used for field trial of paraffin-removing in more than 20 wells successfully after their properties are examined in laboratory.The experimental results indicate that the bacterial population of DM-1 in the broth is more than 108 cell/mL.The microbe DM-1 can decrease the surface tension of crude oil cultivation liquid to 40%-47% and the pH value of the broth from 7.4 to 6.2-6.5.The emulsification and degradation capacity of wax block can arrive at 22.9% and 17.4% for two types of crude oil respectively.The flow properties of crude oil are improved obviously.Applications in more than 20 wells show that the pump inspection period can be prolonged to two times and the average workover cost of single well is depressed more than 1000 RMB which is lower 20%-30% than that of using chemicals.
