| 摘 要： | 对比分析了建设项目全寿命期管理的主要模式及其优缺点,指出业主—代理人模式的合理可行性。在此模式下对业主和代理人之间的博弈行为进行了分析,提出了在满足业主利益最大化的情况下代理人行为选择发生的概率,为业主签订代理合同时降低风险提供了一定的参考。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the main models of the engineering project whole life cycle management and its advantage and drawback,a feasible mode-owner-agent mode is put forward.A game analysis is carried on under this mode between the owner and the agent.And the probability of the agent option is proposed under satisfying the owner benefit maximization,which provides the owner some reference to reduce the risk when signing the agency contract. |
