可提出式插管封隔器关键技术及现场应用

插管封隔器是水平井多级滑套裸眼封隔器压裂工艺的核心工具。针对多级滑套压裂施工过程中插管封隔器存在的提前坐挂、下入遇阻等问题,分析了可提出式插管封隔器工具的工作原理及关键技术,阐述了送入和坐封工具的结构组成,采用整体式合金卡瓦避免入井过程中卡瓦损坏导致的提前坐挂现象和保证卡瓦的双向锚定性能,创新地提出了机械和液压双作用丢手工具和解挂工具,提高其承载能力和回收性能。数值模拟和地面实验表明,可提出式插管封隔器承载能力大于600 k N,封隔压差70 MPa,并顺利解挂,各项功能均满足设计要求。在现场×6井应用中,由于异常井况,工具发生提前坐挂,下入解挂工具后顺利实现封隔器解挂和管串提出。

Key technology and application of retrievable packer-hanger for staged fracturing

Packer-hanger is the key tool in horizontal multi-stage open-hole fracturing technology.Based on the on-site construction process and accidents,which occurred using the conventional packer-hangers in Huabei company,the key technologies and working principles of the retrievable packer-hanger were analyzed.The packer unit uses steel-made integrated slip to avoid premature setting because of the damage of the slip in running the string in the hole,and makes the bi-direction anchoring effective.The structure and the matching tool can make the packer-hanger retrievable after settled in place.Release unit has both hydraulic and mechanical functions.Numerical simulation and ground test show that the packer can hear the pressure of 70 MPa and load of 600 kN.In the application to the X6 Well,the packer-hanger was settled prematurely bec ause of the fishes.The strings were retrieved successfully after running the matching tool to release the packer-hanger.
