摘    要:为了研究组织因素对地空导弹人-机-环系统研制、生产和使用部署中人为差错的影响,在构建组织视角下系统人员安全行为分析框架的基础上,建立了基于直觉模糊有序加权算子和模糊认知图的直觉模糊认知图模型,并进行模拟仿真,揭示了组织因素对地空导弹人-机-环系统人员感知行为、决策行为以及执行行为的影响机理.结果表明,该模型能够很好的描述组织因素影响地空导弹人-机-环系统安全行为的动态机理.

Abstract:It is held by the authors that organizational factors had great influence on the occurrence of human errors in the process of surface-to-air missile man-machine-environment system development, produce and operation, by affecting the safety behaviors of operating personnel.Firstly, a dynamic simulation model of safety behavior of surface-to-air missile man-machine-environment system integrating organizational factors was proposed by combining intuitionistic fuzzy sets and fuzzy cognitive map theory.Then, the analysis framework of safety behavior characteristics of operating personnel from organizational perspective was established.And an intuitionistic fuzzy cognitive map model was established based on intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted operator and fuzzy cognitive map by analyzing the influencing relationships among organizational factors, system state and the safety behaviors of operating personnel.Finally, the mechanism of organizational factors influencing the perceived behavior, decision-making behavior and execution behavior of operating personnel was simulated based on the proposed model.And the simulation results showed that the proposed model was effective to reflect the dynamic mechanism of organizational factors influencing safety behaviors of surface-to-air missile man-machine-environment system.
