VCR法爆破漏斗试验浅析

摘    要:使用VCR采矿法进行采矿时,必须就地进行爆破漏斗实验,以确定利用球状药包落矿时的爆破参数。通过对一系列直径为40 mm炮孔的爆破漏斗实验,及对实验数据进行理论分析,得出40 mm炮孔情况下的临界埋深、应变能系数等漏斗爆破参数。最后根据相似理论,计算得到了VCR法大直径球状药包落矿时的临界埋深、应变能系数、最佳埋深等爆破参数,为VCR法试验矿块孔网参数设计提供了依据。

Abstract:By employing the VCR mining method,the experiment of blasting funnel must be carried out on the spot in order to ensure the parameters in mining by globular dynamite charge.The paper discusses a blasting funnel experiment on blasting holes with a diameter of 40 mm,and a theoretical analysis on the experiment data with a conclusion of critical burying depth,optimal burying depth,stain coefficient and so on.By use of the similarity theory,the above parameters are obtained as the basis for the blasting-holes parameter design of ore block by adopting VCR method.
