醋丙乳液压敏胶的合成及其动态粘弹性能的分析

摘    要:应用正交试验法设计压敏胶配方,通过种子乳液聚合法,得到反应性乳化剂(HS-10)参与反应的醋丙共聚物乳液压敏胶。使用红外光谱、动态粘弹谱表征了反应性乳化剂反应情况及对应的动态力学性能,并结合压敏胶的初粘性和剥离强度数据进行分析。实验结果表明,反应性乳化剂参与了醋丙乳液共聚,压敏胶初粘性与损耗模量(G″)有很好的对应关系,剥离强度随储能模量(G′)增大而减小。

Abstract:A copolymerization of vinyl acetate and acrylic ester emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA)was synthesized by using a novel reactive surfactant(HS-10) which via seeded semi-continuous emulsion,and used the method of orthogonal design testing. The reaction state of the HS-10 and the dynamic mechanical property were mainly investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA),the tack and the peel strength of PSA had also been studied. The results showed that the reactive surfactant have been participated in the copolymerization,the tack is in accord with the G″ and the peel strength was decrease with the increase of G′.
