摘    要:针对渠道衬砌机混凝土高抗裂性及高抗渗性要求,采用掺粉煤灰、聚合物纤维及高效减水剂的方法配制渠道衬砌机混凝土,当粉煤灰掺量为20%~25%、聚合物纤维掺量为0.9 kg/m^3、高效减水剂掺量为1.0%时,所配制的渠道衬砌机混凝土抗压强度达到26.2 MPa,抗渗等级达到W8,满足渠道衬砌机混凝土的施工要求。

Abstract:To achieve high crack and permeability resistance,fly ash,polypropylene fiber and high efficiency wa-ter reducer were mixed into the concrete prepared for canal lining machine. When the mixing ratios are 20%~25%, 0.9kg/m^3 and 1%for fly ash,polypropylene fiber and high efficiency water reducer respectively,the compressive strength and impermeability of concrete can be up to 26.2 MPa and W8 grade,which satisfy the construction re-quirements of concrete for canal lining machine.
