摘    要:油页岩半焦喷动床作为以固体热载体为主的油页岩干馏工艺中的重要设备,有着经济有效的燃烧方式。针对500 t/d油页岩干馏系统内的半焦喷动床燃烧输送装置,应用计算流体力学软件,采用非预混燃烧模型,对油页岩半焦喷动床内部的传热及燃烧进行数值模拟。建立了油页岩半焦热解和燃烧的模型,得到了油页岩半焦喷动床内部的温度、氧气、二氧化碳的分布。结果表明:在喷动床内形成喷射区、环隙区、喷泉区的分布明显。在顶部的喷泉区燃烧剧烈,温度变化均匀,氧气摩尔分数较低,二氧化摩尔分数较高。

Abstract:Oil shale semi-coke spouted bed serves as an essential equipment in the process of oil shale distil-lation using solid heat carrier,which has high economic and effective combustion system. In the article a non-premixed combustion model is adopted in completing the heat transmission and combustion numerical simula-tion of oil shale semi-coke spouted bed in the system of retorting 500 t/d oil shale by using computer fluid dynamics software. Pyrolysis and combustion models are established for semi-coke of oil shale. The distribution of temperature,O2 ,CO2 and pressure in the oil shale semi-coke spouted bed are obtained. The results show that districts of spout,annulus,fountain are distributed obviously in spouted bed. There exists severe combustion, temperature changing uniform,lower O2 fraction,higher CO2 fraction at apical fountain.
