济南短历时暴雨强度公式研究

摘    要:文章基于暴雨强度公式在城市雨水利用与防洪排涝中的重要地位,选择可代表济南市区降雨特点的黄台桥站的降雨资料,采用年最大值法进行数据选样,利用耿贝尔曲线进行频率调整,采用计算机辅助的图解法与线性最小二乘法相结合的综合方法,推求雨强公式中各待定参数值,并进行精度分析.结果显示:(1)重现期10年以下的均方差符合标准要求;(2)重现期大于10年可与2004年版公式联合求解,取二者中较大值作为城市雨水利用工程的设计依据.

Study on short-duration rainstorm intensity formula of Jinan

Abstract:Based on the important position of rainstorm intensity formula in urban rainwater utilization and flood control drainage,the paper calculates the undetermined parameters for rainfall intensity formula value and carries out a precision analysis by selecting the rainfall data of Huangtai Bridge station,representative of Jinan urban rainfall,using the annual maximum method for data sampling,using Gumbel curve for frequency adjustment,using computer-aided graphical method and linear least-square method combination of integrated methods.The results show:(1) the return period of 10a following accuracy (mean square error) accords with requirement; (2) the return period of more than 10 years can be associated with 2004 formula composition formula system,and take the larger of the two values as the design principle of the urban rainwater utilization project.
