机织物热阻的理论模型研究

摘    要:研究了织物传热的宏观、微观机理,认为热流在织物中的传递具有各向异性,热流在纤维中主要沿轴向传递,在织物中主要沿纱线轴向传递.通过对平纹、斜纹、缎纹织物热阻的实例分析,建立了与织物结构参数相关的热阻理论模型.在此模型的基础上,分析了织纹组织、织物厚度和容重对织物热阻的影响规律,丰富了织物热传导理论.

Abstract:The macro and micro heat transfer mechanism of fabric was studied in this paper, and the resuits showed that heat transfer in fabric is of anisotropy and heat flows dominantly along the axis aligned yarn in fabric, as heat flows in fiber dominantly along the axis aligned fiber. The thermal resistance model which is related to fabric structure parameters was established by analyzing the thermal resistance with practical analysis of plain, twill and satin fabric. On the base of this model, the influence law of thermal resistance affected by weave, thickness and bulk density of fabric has been analyzed, and the heat conduction theory of fabric is enriched.
