摘    要:为研究管内流动对析晶污垢沉积和管内对流换热的影响,采用编程的方式对管内流动和析晶沉积过程进行数值模拟。得出不同流速对管内对流换热的影响,并结合污垢沉积模型分析了不同Re数对污垢沉积率、剥蚀率以及净沉积率的影响。结果表明,剥蚀率、沉积率和净沉积率随着Re数的增加均呈现减小的趋势,但不同Re数各变量影响程度略有不同,当Re数高于10000后,三个变量几乎没有变化。

Abstract:For researching that the flow process effects to the deposition of crystallization fouling and heat transfer in the tube,the process of deposition and flow are simulated by the FORTRAN language. It can be re-ceived the influence of convection heat transfer according to the simulation. With the fouling deposition model, it analyses the fouling deposition rate,removal rate and net deposition rate influence under the different Reyn-olds number. Through the simulation result,the three rates appear to decrease tendency with the Reynolds num-ber increasing,but the degree of influence is different by the Reynolds number. The three variables hardly change when the Reynolds is more than 10000 .
