| 摘 要： | 人才培养是高等院校的基础性、主导性工作,满足学生需求是高校的主要任务.高校毕业生大体有三个去向：直接就业、继续深造和独立创业.需求不同,其评价标准和改革措施也有所不同.高等教育改革应坚持以学生需求为导向,将学生就业、继续深造和独立创业需求纳入人才培养评价体系,并有针对性地进行人才培养模式改革.

| Abstract: | Personnel training is the basic and dominant work for the colleges and universities. Meeting the quality needs of students studying is the main task of universities. The demand for college graduates are mainly three, direct employment, further education and independent entrepreneurs. For different needs, we need dif- ferent evaluation criteria and the reform measures. Therefore the higher education reform should adhere to the needs of the students, and reform talent training mode. |
