| 摘 要： | 科技创新与文化产业存在着密切的关系,作为科技创新规划基础的技术预见与文化产业发展规划基础的文化产业发展战略之间也存在着密切的关系.探讨了我国全面建设小康社会背景下技术预见与文化产业发展战略之间的互动关系,分析了如何利用技术预见构建我国文化产业发展战略的问题.

| Abstract: | Close relations exist between science and technology innovation and cultural industry, and the same between technology foresight, which is regarded as the foundation of science and technology innovation programming, and the development strategy of cultural industry, as the foundation of its development programming. This paper analyses the interactive relationship between the technology foresight and the cultural industrial development strategy under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and approaches the problem of constructing the development strategy of our cultural industry by means of technology foresight. |
