液压脉振注射成型机预塑过程螺杆振动系统阻尼特性分析

摘    要:注塑机预塑过程由于聚合物熔体阻尼的存在,对新型液压脉振注射成型机螺杆振动系统的振幅产生很大影响,从而降低整机性能。依据流体动力学的剪切理论,确定预塑过程聚合物熔体的阻尼系数。结果表明,预塑过程振动系统的阻尼不仅与螺杆的几何参数和物料的性能有关,还取决于加工工艺参数(如振动强度、螺杆转速等),而螺杆转速对阻尼的影响最大。

Abstract:The vibration amplitude of novel hydraulic vibration injection molding machine is greatly influenced by the polymer fusible damping in plasticizing process.Based on the shear theory of hydrodynamics, the damping coefficient in plasticizing process is determined in this paper.The results show that the damping of the vibration system is not only related to the geometrical parameters of the screw and property of the material, but also the molding technological parameter, such as vibration intensity, screw's rotation speed, etc.And the most remarkable affect to the damping is the screw's rotation speed.
