加强农民住房建设管理与服务的几点思考

农房建设是社会主义新农村建设题中应有之义。因为住房既是农民安身立命和发展生产的基础性条件,也是乡土、地域、民族特色和传统文化信息的主要载体。当前农房建设在快速发展的同时,出现了宅基地紧缺与闲置农房增加矛盾显现,建房数量扩张与村庄人居环境落后、居住舒适度不高并存,缺乏特色与文化传统,质量安全隐患凸显等问题。文章对于解决这些问题的思路和对策进行了探讨。

THOUGHTS OVER ENHANCING ADMINISTRATION OF FARMHOUSE CONSTRUCTION

The farmhouse construction is a part of the "new socialist countryside construction" because the farmhouse is not only basic for the living and work of the farmers but also the carrier of local traditional culture.With the rapid construction of farmhouses,there are conflicts between the shortage of homesteads and the vacancy of farmhouses,the increased house number and the unlivable environment,and such problems as lack local and traditional culture and hidden trouble of house quality and so on.This paper analyzes the abovementioned problems and provides countermeasures as well.
