摘    要:介绍染料敏化纳米晶TiO2太阳能电池的结构及其原理,对影响其光电转换效率的关键因素,如纳米TiO2膜、敏化染料、电解质等做了探讨。同时,对有机太阳能电池所面临的问题进行讨论,并提出今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Fundamental principle and structure of nano-TiO2 dye-sensitized solar cells are introduced in this paper,and the key factors,such as nano-TiO2 thin-film,sensitized-dye and electrolyte,which have great influence on light-to-electricity conversion efficiency are discussed.The current status of research on dye-sensitised solar cells is summarized covering problems and further development trend.
