摘    要:对裂纹缺陷长度和深度进行定量是脉冲涡流无损检测的一项重要内容.提出了一种基于聚磁技术的新型脉冲涡流传感器.采用大型电磁仿真软件ANSYS建立了传统脉冲涡流传感器和新型脉冲涡流传感器的仿真模型,然后对比分析了两者对裂纹缺陷长度定量的结果,仿真分析表明:新型传感器可以实现对裂纹长度的准确定量,同时还能够对裂纹深度进行定量....

Abstract:Quantification for length and depth of crack is important content in the pulsed eddy current(PEC) non-destructive examination(NDE).A novel PEC probe based on magnetic-concentrating technique is proposed.Simulation models of typical PEC probe and novel PEC probe are established by ANSYS software,and the length-quantification results from the two probes are compared and analyzed.The simulation results reveal that novel PEC probe could realize accurate quantification on the crack length and depth parameter.The simulations’ correctness is experimentally testified by experiment results,and it shows that the novel PEC probe is valid.
