摘    要:条件概率模型是基于检测结果更新结构可靠性及其参数的重要模型,但常规的条件概率模型没有考虑结构可靠性随时间的变化情况。基于裂纹尺寸准则和疲劳寿命准则,在海洋结构物可靠性概率模型更新研究中提出了考虑检修的结构动态疲劳可靠性条件概率模型,为在结构动态疲劳可靠性分析中考虑检修因素的影响提供了一种方法。基于各种检测结果和维修决策,对结构动态疲劳可靠性进行了评估。结合算例阐述了本文提出方法的可行性,验证了检测、维修结果对结构动态疲劳可靠性的影响。

Abstract:Conditional probability model is an effective tool to update structure fatigue reliability and its parameters based on results of non-destructive inspection(NDI),but the regular conditional probability model dose not consider the status of structure reliability with the time.According to the crack dimension criterion and fatigue life criterion,a conditional probability model for dynamic fatigue reliability of offshore structures considering inspection and repair is put forward in the study on updating reliability probability model for offshore structure,and provides a tool to consider the influence of repair factors in the analysis of dynamic failure reliability of structures.The dynamic failure reliability of structure has been conducted according to result of NDI and repair decision.The paper describes the feasibility of the new model with the calculation cases and demonstrates the influence of inspection and repair to the dynamic fatigue reliability of structures.
