摘    要:双极板是质子交换膜燃料电池的核心部件之一,占电池组大部分质量和成本,具有隔离并均匀分配反应气体、收集并导出电流、串联各单电池等功能.金属双极板具有导电导热性能好、资源丰富、强度高、阻气性好以及易加工等优点,被认为是质子交换膜燃料电池商品化的必然选择.综述了现阶段金属双极板的材料、制备方法和性能评价方法,指出了相关研究领域的发展方向.

Abstract:Bipolar plate is one of the core components for proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs),and it takes a significant proportion of the overall cost and the total weight of a stack.The bipolar plate provides conduits for reactant gas flow,collects and conducts the current,constitutes the backbone of a power stack,and so on.The metallic bipolar plate has the following advantages:high bulk electrical,high thermal conductivity,wide choices of alloys,high strength allowing thin plate for high power density,no gas permeation,and ease of manufacture.For these reasons,metallic bipolar plate is considered to be promising for PEMFC commercialization.A comprehensive review of the research work conducted on metal bipolar plate was reviewed,including the classification of materials,the methods of treatment,and the measurements of performance evaluation.At last,the future related research was discussed.
