摘    要:知识经济时代 ,中国企业要前进 ,需要大批优秀人才。而如何留住企业优秀员工、激发其潜能就要依靠激励机制了。让员工参与到企业的经营管理中、参与到企业的利润分配中、增强员工的归属感不失为可行之策 ,利润分享计划是顺应当前需求的一项有效激励措施。从适用范围、实施方法等方面对如何在我国企业员工激励中应用利润分享计划进行了探讨

Abstract:In knowledge economy, Chinese enterprises need a large number of excellent talents if they want to move ahead. To keep the excellent employees of enterprises and to tap their potentials depend on an encouraging mechanism. It is a feasible policy to have employees participate in the operation and management of enterprises and in the sharing of profits of enterprises, and to increase their sense of belonging. The profit-sharing plan is an effective measure in accordance with the needs of the present situation. This paper discusses how to apply profit-sharing plan in encouraging mechanism of Chinese enterprises from the aspects of applied scope and implementing methods.
