新疆吐拉苏地区生态环境问题与对策研究

吐拉苏地处新疆伊宁县北部 ,属干旱、半干旱环境敏感地区 ,生态环境十分脆弱。随着资源开发力度的逐步加大 ,草场和灌丛植被遭到不同程度的破坏 ,生态环境日趋恶化。本文在吐拉苏地区生态环境现状调查的基础上 ,首次分析了该地区存在的主要生态环境问题 ,包括自然景观的破坏、水土流失、草原退化等 ,并针对问题提出了加强矿产资源开发和勘探的工作管理 ;合理利用草原环境容量 ,制止过度放牧 ;积极开展鼠、虫害的防治工作 ;加强水土保持工作 ,防止水土流失 ;加强草原的科学管理等生态环境整治的若干对策

STUDY ON THE MAJOR ECO-ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS AND THEIR COUNTERMEASURES IN THE AREA OF TULASU,XINJIANG

Tulasu,located in the northern Yining county, Xinjiang, belongs to an eco-environmental fragile area. With the intensifying exploitation of the resources, the grassland and shrubby vegetation in the region have been damaged in a varied extend. As a result, the condition of eco-environment is deteriorated day by day .On the basis of the eco-environmental exploration,the major eco-environmental problems,including the destruption of nature landscape,soil erosion,grassland deterioration, have been analyzed. It's necessary that some corresponding countermeasures should be taken into account: such as strengthening management of exploitation and exploration on mineral resources; forbidding overgrazing and rational use of natural grassland; strengthening the prevention and control of grassland damage from the mice and grasshoppers; strengthening the prevention and control of soil erosion ;and strengthening the scientific management of grassland ect.
