摘    要:基于反应动力学和能量守恒方程,对浇注聚氨酯成型的固化过程进行了合理的假设和必要的简化,建立了体系反应程度和温度的数学模型,并采用交替方向隐式法对区域进行了有限差分,结合数学软件matlab对固化过程进行了动态模拟,获得了二维内热源的非稳态传热的数值解,确定了合理的工艺条件。

Abstract:An attempt is made to derive a mathematical model describing the solidifying behavior for the casting process of polyurethane based on reaction kinetics and energy conservation. The necessary assumptions and simplifications are introduced in this model, and an alternating-direction implicit difference scheme with Matlab software is used to obtain temperature and conversion distribution in the two dimension directions for a quadratic-form mold.. The simulation is verified by comparing the simulated results with the experiences in the processing of casting polyurethane, thus it provides a good method for solving unsteady state heat conduction of internal heat source in many dimensions.
