低品位菱锰矿吸收含氯废气的研究

摘    要:以遵义钛厂产生的含氯废气为治理对象,采用中低品位菱锰矿吸收,研究液固比、粒度、酸过量系数对锰利用率的影响,实验结果表明:在液固比6∶1,粒度0.106 mm,酸过量系数1.05的条件下,锰的利用率最高,达到96.41%,氯的吸收率大于98%。该工艺为锰矿资源的开发利用和含氯废气的治理提供了一条可供借鉴的途径。

Abstract:The absorption process of chlorine exhaust gas by low-grade rhodochrosite was presented.The paper researched the effects of liquid-to-solid,granularity with excessive acid reaction coefficient on manganese utilization rate.Experimental results show that when the liquid-solid ratio is 6∶1,the granularity is 0.106 mm with the excessive acid reaction coefficient is 1.05,the utilization rate of manganese is up to 96.41% and the absorptivity of chlorin is up to 98%.The technology for utilization of manganese and treatment of chlorine exhaust gas offers a reference approach.
